The Victron SmartShunt 1000A/50mV is an all-in-one battery monitor without a display. It connects through Bluetooth to the VictronConnect app on a phone or tablet, which shows state of charge, time to go, historical data and all other monitored battery values. It can also be read by a GX device through a VE.Direct cable.

The SmartShunt is an alternative to a BMV battery monitor where less wiring and clutter is wanted. An extra input can monitor a second battery, the midpoint of a battery bank or a temperature sensor.
